Very nice house in a quiet area of Annandale but close to shops. bedroom can either be furnished or not depending on the applicant. This place has lots to offer from a large side deck and off street parking and also an outdoor spa. I work away from home a lot so honest and trustworthy is a must. I can not have pets here either so if that is you then this is not your place. The cost per week does not include utilities so keep in mind that electricity etc is shared when bills arrive.
